Can I cancel after accepting a request?

How do refunds work?

How do I withdraw my money?

How are fees calculated?

When you make a delivery, you’ll earn the full item price plus your tip. Justip charges a small service fee to the Requester, so you receive your full offer amount – no deductions from your side.

Can I communicate with the Requester?

Yes – but only after they’ve accepted your offer.Until then, you can’t chat directly. If you’ve listed an item in the Marketplace, Requesters can post public comments under your listing to ask questions.

Can I use Justip on a layover or transit stop?

Yes – you can use Justip even if your stop is short.As long as you have enough time to pick up or drop off items during your transit, you're free to use Justip on layovers. Just be clear with Requesters about your availability and any limitations.

Can I carry for multiple Requesters in one trip?

Yes – you can carry items for as many Requesters as you like, as long as you’re confident managing them all.Just make sure you’re organised and only accept what you can realistically handle. You’ll need to keep track of each order and communicate cle
