What if my item is delayed or damaged during the trip?Updated a month ago

To avoid issues, always handle the item with care during your trip – especially if it’s fragile, valuable, or easy to damage.

If your delivery is delayed or something goes wrong, message the Requester to keep them updated and try to reach a mutual solution.

If the item arrives damaged or unusable, the Requester may request a refund. In that case, the standard refund process will apply and Justip will help facilitate the next steps.
