How do payments work on Justip?

Once the Requester confirms that the item was delivered, your payment &#x2013; including the tip &#x2013; will be released to your Justip Wallet. You can then withdraw it to your bank account. Processing times may vary by country or bank.

How do payouts work for Travellers?

Understand how refunds are handled on Justip.

All refunds go to your Justip Wallet. From there, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account at any time. If a Traveller cancels or only partially purchases items in your order, you&#x2019;ll be refunded instantly for the unpurchased items. If something goes wrong and you request a refund, the Traveller will be notified and asked to accept or reject it. If there&#x2019;s a disagreement, you can appeal and Justip will step in to review and resolve the case fairly.

How do refunds work?

Justip charges a 5% service fee to Requesters, based on the total amount paid (including the item, tip, and shipping). This helps cover payment processing, customer support, and platform operations. Travellers are not charged any fees &#x2013; they receive the full amount once delivery is confirmed.

What fees does Justip charge?

Go to Settings &gt; Bank Account to add or update your bank details. Any payout or refund first goes to your Justip Wallet. From there, you can choose to withdraw the funds to your bank account at any time.

How do I add or update my bank account for payouts and refunds?

Withdraw your Justip Wallet balance to your bank account.

Go to your Dashboard, then click &#x201C;See Details&#x201D; next to your wallet balance. You&#x2019;ll see a breakdown of your total balance, including any refunds or earnings. From there, just click the Withdraw button to transfer funds to your linked bank account. Make sure you&#x2019;ve already added your bank details under Settings &gt; Bank Account before withdrawing.
