All refunds go to your Justip Wallet. From there, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account at any time.
If a Traveller cancels or only partially purchases items in your order, you’ll be refunded instantly for the unpurchased items.
If something goes wrong and you request a refund, the Traveller will be notified and asked to accept or reject it. If there’s a disagreement, you can appeal and Justip will step in to review and resolve the case fairly.
