If you do not agree, please do not use Justip.<hr data-start="613" data-end="616">Definitions<ul data-start="635" data-end="1180"><li data-start="635" data-end="740">Justip: The platform enabling peer-to-peer shopping and delivery, both locally and internationally.</li><li data-start="741" data-end="841">Justiper: Any individual using Justip, including but not limited to Requesters and Travellers.</li><li data-start="842" data-end="940">Requester: A registered Justiper who requests the purchase and delivery of items via Justip.</li><li data-start="941" data-end="1069">Traveller: A registered Justiper who agrees to purchase and deliver items on behalf of a Requester, in exchange for a fee.</li><li data-start="1070" data-end="1180">Item: Any tangible product eligible for purchase, carriage, and delivery according to Justip&#x2019;s criteria.</li></ul><hr data-start="1182" data-end="1185">User EligibilityJustip is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. Incomplete or misleading details may result in cancellation or delays.</li><li data-start="2317" data-end="2412">Payment: Complete payment as agreed. Failure may result in account suspension or termination.</li><li data-start="2413" data-end="2497">Availability: Justip does not guarantee that all items are available at all times.</li><li data-start="2498" data-end="2628">Import Taxes &amp; Duties: Requesters are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees required to receive their items.</li></ul>For Travellers<ul data-start="2646" data-end="3400"><li data-start="2646" data-end="2826">Acceptable Items: Only carry items that are legal and safe in both origin and destination locations. Transactions involving prohibited or restricted items are strictly forbidden.</li><li data-start="2827" data-end="2989">Marketplace Listings: Travellers listing items on the Marketplace are responsible for compliance with local laws and any tax obligations related to those sales.</li><li data-start="2990" data-end="3129">Responsibility: Travellers are responsible for the secure and timely delivery of accepted items. Violations may result in account action.</li><li data-start="3130" data-end="3196">Communication: Keep Requesters updated on status or any changes.</li><li data-start="3197" data-end="3400">Tax Compliance: Travellers are responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws in the country where they list or sell items, including declaring income and paying any tax due on their earnings.</li></ul><hr data-start="3402" data-end="3405">Prohibited and Restricted Items<ul data-start="3444" data-end="4212"><li data-start="3444" data-end="3717">All Justipers - including both Requesters and Travellers - are strictly prohibited from requesting, listing, carrying, or facilitating the transfer of any item that is illegal, dangerous, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law in either the origin or destination country.</li><li data-start="3718" data-end="3851">All items must comply with Justip&#x2019;s <a data-start="3756" data-end="3802" rel="noopener" href="link">Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy</a>, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.</li><li data-start="3852" data-end="4065">It is the responsibility of every Justiper to ensure that any item requested, listed, or carried does not appear on any list of prohibited or restricted goods and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.</li><li data-start="4066" data-end="4212">Any transaction involving prohibited or restricted items may be cancelled immediately, and the accounts involved may be suspended or terminated.</li></ul><hr data-start="4214" data-end="4217">No BYO RuleJustip strictly prohibits arranging, requesting, or transporting items on a Bring-Your-Own (BYO) basis to mitigate security risks and maintain legal compliance.<ul data-start="4397" data-end="4666"><li data-start="4397" data-end="4484">All items must be verifiably purchased through the Justip platform or a retail store.</li><li data-start="4485" data-end="4588">Personal belongings, unverifiable items, controlled substances, or dangerous goods are not permitted.</li><li data-start="4589" data-end="4666">Violating this rule may result in cancellation, suspension, or termination.</li></ul><hr data-start="4668" data-end="4671">Transactions, Payments, and System ErrorsPayments are processed securely using industry-standard payment gateways and methods.Payment Methods: Justip supports bank transfers, credit cards, and e-wallets. Choose the best method for you.Payouts: Double-check your payout details; Justip is not liable for errors provided by Justipers.No Hidden Fees: All fees and charges are disclosed upfront. No hidden fees ever.System Errors and Invalid Transactions: In the event of any technical error, system malfunction, unauthorised activity, or other issue that results in duplicate, unauthorised, or erroneous payouts, refunds, withdrawals, or financial transactions, the following will apply:<ul data-start="5374" data-end="6203"><li data-start="5374" data-end="5553">Justip reserves the absolute right to reverse, cancel, reclaim, or recover any such invalid or duplicated amounts at any time, whether before or after funds have been disbursed.</li><li data-start="5554" data-end="5730">Any payouts, refunds, or credits resulting from such errors are not considered final, and users agree to promptly return any improperly received funds to Justip upon request.</li><li data-start="5731" data-end="5897">Users agree that Justip is not liable for any loss, expense, or damage resulting from the reversal, cancellation, or recovery of invalid or duplicated transactions.</li><li data-start="5898" data-end="6021">Justip may, at its discretion, suspend or delay withdrawals or refunds while reviewing or investigating suspected errors.</li><li data-start="6022" data-end="6203">Users must fully cooperate with Justip&#x2019;s investigation and recovery efforts, and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.</li></ul><hr data-start="6205" data-end="6208">Shipping and DeliveryShipping Partners: We work with reputable carriers, but you are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping method.Delivery Issues: Justip assists with issues but is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping partners.<hr data-start="6492" data-end="6495">Cancellations, Disputes, and AppealsRequester Cancellations: Free before a Traveller accepts the request. After acceptance, cancellations require mutual agreement.Traveller Cancellations: No penalty at present, but repeated cancellations may impact your account.Mutual Cancellations: The platform allows for direct communication and mutual cancellation in the dashboard. If unresolved, use the appeal feature.Dispute Resolution: All disputes must first attempt to be resolved by mediation via Justip&#x2019;s platform. If unresolved, the dispute will proceed to arbitration as detailed in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section. Justip may mediate and make final decisions based on provided evidence. By using Justip, you agree to accept these decisions.<hr data-start="7262" data-end="7265">Abuse, Fraud, and User ConductZero Tolerance: Any fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative behaviour is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.User Conduct: Justipers are expected to use the service respectfully and lawfully, without infringing the rights of others or Justip.<hr data-start="7575" data-end="7578">Intellectual PropertyJustip Brand: The Justip logo, trademarks, and other branding are the exclusive property of Justip.User Content: Justipers are responsible for ensuring their posts, listings, and communications do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.<hr data-start="7867" data-end="7870">Third-Party LinksOur platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
