  • Item: Any tangible product eligible for purchase, carriage, and delivery according to Justip’s criteria.

User Eligibility

Justip is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. By using the platform, you confirm you are at least 16 years old.

Account, Security, and Privacy

Account Creation: Justipers must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.

Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Login: Users may choose to register or sign in to Justip using their Google account. By doing so, you authorise us to access certain Google account information (as detailed in our Privacy Policy) solely for the purposes of authentication, account creation, and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

For Requesters

  • Order Placement: Provide clear and accurate descriptions of requested items. Incomplete or misleading details may result in cancellation or delays.

  • Payment: Complete payment as agreed. Failure may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Availability: Justip does not guarantee that all items are available at all times.

For Travellers

  • Acceptable Items: Only carry items that are legal and safe in both origin and destination locations. Transactions involving prohibited or restricted items are strictly forbidden.

  • Marketplace Listings: Travellers listing items on the Marketplace are responsible for compliance with local laws and any tax obligations related to those sales.

  • Responsibility: Travellers are responsible for the secure and timely delivery of accepted items. Violations may result in account action.

  • Communication: Keep Requesters updated on status or any changes.

  • Tax Compliance: Travellers are responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws in the country where they list or sell items, including declaring income and paying any tax due on their earnings.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

  • All Justipers - including both Requesters and Travellers - are strictly prohibited from requesting, listing, carrying, or facilitating the transfer of any item that is illegal, dangerous, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law in either the origin or destination country.

  • All items must comply with Justip’s Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

  • It is the responsibility of every Justiper to ensure that any item requested, listed, or carried does not appear on any list of prohibited or restricted goods and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Any transaction involving prohibited or restricted items may be cancelled immediately, and the accounts involved may be suspended or terminated.

No Bring-Your-Own (BYO) Rule

Justip strictly prohibits arranging, requesting, or transporting items on a Bring-Your-Own (BYO) basis. This policy exists to mitigate security risks, comply with customs regulations, and protect platform integrity.

A BYO transaction includes any situation where a Requester asks a Traveller to transport items without a verifiable purchase source, receipt, or chain of custody. These items may carry legal or safety risks, including misdeclared, counterfeit, or restricted goods.

Travellers are fully responsible for ensuring that the origin, legality, and contents of any item they carry are known and documented. Items should not be accepted without adequate inspection or information.

Justip may monitor and remove suspected BYO-related content, but cannot guarantee detection of all such cases. Users are responsible for exercising due diligence and sound judgment.

Any involvement in a BYO transaction may result in immediate suspension, termination, or further action. Justip disclaims all liability arising from such activity.

Transactions, Payments, and System Errors

Payments are processed securely using industry-standard payment gateways and methods.

Payment Methods: Justip supports bank transfers, credit cards, and e-wallets. Choose the best method for you.

Payouts: Double-check your payout details; Justip is not liable for errors provided by Justipers.

No Hidden Fees: All fees and charges are disclosed upfront. No hidden fees ever.

System Errors and Invalid Transactions:
In the event of any technical error, system malfunction, unauthorised activity, or other issue that results in duplicate, unauthorised, or erroneous payouts, refunds, withdrawals, or financial transactions, the following will apply:

  • Justip reserves the absolute right to reverse, cancel, reclaim, or recover any such invalid or duplicated amounts at any time, whether before or after funds have been disbursed.

  • Any payouts, refunds, or credits resulting from such errors are not considered final, and users agree to promptly return any improperly received funds to Justip upon request.

  • Users agree that Justip is not liable for any loss, expense, or damage resulting from the reversal, cancellation, or recovery of invalid or duplicated transactions.

  • Justip may, at its discretion, suspend or delay withdrawals or refunds while reviewing or investigating suspected errors.

  • Users must fully cooperate with Justip’s investigation and recovery efforts, and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Delivery Issues: Justip assists with issues but is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping partners.

Cancellations, Disputes, and Appeals

Requester Cancellations: Free before a Traveller accepts the request. After acceptance, cancellations require mutual agreement.

Traveller Cancellations: No penalty at present, but repeated cancellations may impact your account.

Mutual Cancellations: The platform allows for direct communication and mutual cancellation in the dashboard. If unresolved, use the appeal feature.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes must first attempt to be resolved by mediation via Justip’s platform. If unresolved, the dispute will proceed to arbitration as detailed in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section. Justip may mediate and make final decisions based on provided evidence. By using Justip, you agree to accept these decisions.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any item they request, carry, or deliver complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justip and its representatives against any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

All personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, using encryption and strict access controls.

Justip may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updates.

For Justipers in Indonesia: Governed by Indonesian law.

For Justipers elsewhere: Governed by Australian law.
