You can update your address anytime in Settings.

Where can I update my address?

You can reset your password from Settings or the login page.

If you&apos;re already logged in and want to change your password: <ul><li>Go to Settings &gt; Account</li><li>Click Edit next to your password</li><li>A pop-up will confirm that we&#x2019;ve sent you a password reset link to your email</li></ul> Follow the instructions in the email to complete the change. If you&#x2019;re logged out and can&#x2019;t access your account, just click the Forgot Password link on the login page and we&#x2019;ll email you the reset steps.

How do I reset my password?

You can update your contact details in Account Settings.

You’ll need to verify your email and phone number to use Justip.

We require identity verification to keep the community safe: <ul><li>Requesters &#x2013; Only email verification is required</li><li>Travellers &#x2013; You must verify both your email and phone number</li></ul> You can verify or update these from Settings &gt; Account.

How do I verify my account?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

If you forgot your password: <ul><li>Click Forgot Password on the login screen</li><li>Enter your registered email address</li><li>We&#x2019;ll send you a reset link so you can set a new password</li></ul>

Can I deactivate or delete my account?

Usernames can’t be changed in the app, but we can help manually.

Usernames are set when your account is created and can&apos;t currently be changed in the app. If your username was auto-generated or you&apos;d like to update it, contact us at help@justip.co and we&#x2019;ll do our best to help.
