What if my item never arrives?Updated 13 hours ago

If your item hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery date, here’s what to do:

  • First, message the Traveller via in-app chat to check on progress
  • If they’ve already returned or delivered but you didn’t receive it, let us know
  • If there’s no response or delivery, you may be eligible to request a refund

Justip monitors all transactions and will review any disputes. You won’t be charged unless the item is delivered and confirmed by you.
