You can cancel your request anytime before accepting an offer – no problem.
If you've already accepted an offer, talk to the Traveller via in-app chat. If the item hasn’t been purchased yet, they can cancel it from their side.
If the item has already been bought, you’ll need to request a refund and explain the situation. Refunds in this case can only proceed if the Traveller agrees to it.
Tip: Try to avoid frequent cancellations – it may affect how Travellers respond to your future requests.
