• Travellers respond – Verified Travellers browse your request and make offers to help.


• Pay and relax – Pay securely through Justip and track your item along the way.


• Confirm and review – Once it arrives, confirm receipt and leave a review.

2. Grab from the Marketplace

• Find something you like – Travellers often post listings for items they can bring from their destination.


• Claim or reserve it – If it’s what you’re after, lock it in before someone else does.


• Get it delivered – The Traveller purchases the item and delivers it to your doorstep.


• Confirm and done – Confirm once received – then the Traveller gets paid.
